Please take note of our policies, which have been created to enhance your experience and improve our ability to serve you at Spa Sweet.
Credit Card Policy
To ensure the availability of your scheduled appointments, Spa Sweet requires all clients to provide a valid credit card to hold their appointments. Please note that your card will only be charged in the event of a violation of our cancellation policy.
Gift Cards
Please be informed that our gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are sold for a dollar amount, not specific to any particular service type. However, they can be redeemed for services and products offered by our company which are subject to change at any time.
24-hour Cancellation + No Show Policy
We have reserved time and space specifically for you and, therefore, require 24 hours' notice for canceled or rescheduled appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled session fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. We greatly appreciate 48 hours' notice for canceled or rescheduled appointments.
Please arrive on time for all appointments to ensure the completion of all booked services. Full payment is required for all services booked, even if they are not completed due to late arrival.
By booking an appointment with us, you have agreed to our cancellation policy. Please refrain from arguing with our staff about this policy.
Cell Phones
To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of our spa and ensure the well-being of all our guests, we kindly request that all mobile phones be silenced or switched off upon entering the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting the serenity of our environment.
Children + Age Requirements
To maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment for all our guests, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a service themselves. To receive a service, clients must be 18 years of age or older, or have a parent or guardian sign a consent form.
Guests
Please note that guests, including children, are not permitted in the treatment room at any time. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing guests to your service.
Returns
Unused products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will only be issued if a visible reaction to the product occurs. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
Gratuity
Gratuities are at your discretion and may be added to your cash or credit card payment. Our greatest reward, however, is your personal recommendation of our spa to others.
Fragrance-Free Environment
Due to varied fragrance sensitivities and allergies we have adopted a fragrance-free environment. Please refrain from wearing strong scents, perfumes or colognes while visiting Spa Sweet.
